Become a Top Wedding Planner – Don’t Accept Every Bride as a Client

When you first start your wedding planning business, you may be tempted to take on every bride who meets with you. You want the experience and you want the money. But let’s say one day meet with a potential client who seems like they might be unusually demanding but you brush that thought aside and take them on. Big mistake!

From experience I will tell you, never to take on a client if a thought enters your mind that they might be a problem. If a bride complains about your prices and asks for discounts, if she seems too high maintenance for you, if anything at all seems odd and makes you feel uncomfortable, trust that your intuition is telling you to walk away. Clients like this take most time and energy and are impossible to satisfy no matter how good you are. They can hurt your self-confidence and your business.
