Become a Top Wedding Planner – Gratitude Leads to Success

Gratitude Helps Us Become Top Wedding Planners

Did you know that having an attitude of gratitude can help you have a more successful wedding planning business?

Years ago I heard Oprah say she writes down 5 things she is grateful for at the end of everyday and it transforms her life.   Concentrating on the positive things in life brings more positive things into your life.

Since this is Thanksgiving Day on the United States, it’s a good day to start a gratitude journal and write down what you are grateful for everyday.

If you are having a “bad day'” and  having trouble thinking of things to be grateful for, here are 3 questions that will help you get started:

  1. Who can you be grateful for who is supportive of you and/or your wedding planning business?
  2. What are you grateful for in last year, month, week or even today regarding your personal life or business?
  3. What can you be grateful for regarding your family and friends?

I’ve kept a gratitude journal for years and jot down my items every night.  I’m grateful for my family, friends, mentors, clients, and the technology that allows us to meet, communicate, and support and encourage each other – no matter where we live.

I’m also grateful for good health, work at I love, and my 3 year old golden retriever,  Sabrina Renee, pictured above, who is fun, playful, and gives everyone unconditional love.

Feel free to share what you are grateful for in the comments section.

Happy Thanksgiving to those here in the US and happy Thursday to everyone.  May you have many reasons to be thankful everyday.
