I recently posted an article on my wedding planner articles site about groom’s cakes.  When I twittered about it, I found out that these weren’t popular outside the US.  I can’t believe I didn’t realize this since the groom’s cake is a tradition from the American South! (Thanks UK wedding planners for teaching me a great lesson in communication.  I think it is so great that we can now connect globally through socl media such as Twitter.)
